I play Call of duty 4 most of the time, on my second prestige I got the golden sniper, I'm now on my 3rd prestige rank 21, if there are any clans I could join, that would be great...

Anyway, I used to like playing sonic the hedgehog on Sega Mega Drive there were many night of me and some others playing that and eating pizza.
Nowadays, I do not really play anymore, although I do like games like, god of war, and gta.

I think I may have slept awkwardly on my shoulder yesterday.
I had a dream during a nap earlier in which I found my missing wedding ring
I remember crying because I could not beat the first stage on Donkey Kong - VCS version. I was about 3 or 4 at the time.
My PSN name is terribledeli.
I really need to clean up these soda cans from the computer desk.
I've been married for nearly 18 months.
I wish I had a cat.

The most difficult part in any game I have played has been in god of war when there are multiple Kratos's. That was insane, the just kept popping up out of no were, I thought I was going to break my controller at one point. I cheated on the harder level (god mode) and died almost instantly (even with cheats! :oops: haha!) when I got to that point.
Maybe I should not have revealed that. :rolleyes:

And proud of it! j/k I could never have gottan very far in that mode without cheats. And anyway, I'm not trying to prove I am good to anyone, not that I could with my abysmal skills but there you go. :DD I guess I could lie... ah that ship has sailed. haha
Cheats are cool in gta though, but gta does tend to get boring after a while.
Question: How do I change the color of my username? I can't find any option in the shop.

ACTUALLY, I'm holding off on it for a bit. Let it die down, get others opinions. Very, very few games warrant a release day buy for me. Either has to be a Warcraft game or a game from a series I would buy regardless of how good it it.

I've actually been here since E3 2005, all the speculations, fake trailers (hehe *picks up flame shield and fanboy sword*) etc. I haven't got a ps3 myself yet though, I am waiting for the game library to grow, and I can live without it.

Yeah, I'm in Germany at the moment with family. I'm from here originally. We had the heat for like three weeks, so I'm glad it's cooled down now. And I don't mind rain when I don't have to walk in it!

Hello everyone, my name is Lance, but my online everything is Sousakuryoku. I speak German and Japanese (along with English for those who are so inclined to point out the obvious) and joined the forum to talk with other gamers free of the 360 drones.
I am currently playing Metal Gear Solid 4 in between attending college, spending time with the girlfriend and working, so getting on the system at all is espionage action :[ If anybody is up for some online play of something let me know, I threw a quick sig together to show what games I have. I'd rank myself a 8/10 for gamer skill in most games.

I thought GTAIV was the best game of the current generation... until I played MGS4. They really show how video game developers are really moving ahead of Hollywood in terms of presenting a compelling story. Could you imagine how crappy these games would have been if somebody like George Lucas made them?
Tough to say which I enjoyed more because I like different things in both, but probably MGS4 because of my history playing the franchise.

I'm awaiting for the arrival of my MGS4 copy, which should arrive by friday (hopefully, earlier). You can find me playing Battlefield, but I suck at FPS, and I've never played an online FPS before (too much of an old-schooler). My next purchase in the PSN will probably either Street Fighter HD, if that is comming anytime soon or Tekken DR Online. And finally, my favorite genre are RPGs.

Still finding my feet in the console world as I haven't owned one since PS1, Been on PC for the past few years. Enjoying Grid at the mo & very looking forward to BF-BC as battlefield was my major on the PC. Really like playing online for a laugh not competitively.:)

Ive had a Wii for 6 months now and love it, but you have to admit as I do that the online is.. well.. rubbish, and that is the reason that I'm picking up a PS3 on Monday :mrgreen: I got a 40GB PS3 with GTA4 and Gran Turismo 5 for £300! I REALLY CAN NOT WAIT! Its like Christmas!!! :dunce But yeah, I used to have a 360 but I got the RROD 3 times and thought Why The Hell should I stand for this?! and sold it to get a Wii.
So yeah, Thought i'd join a PS3 forum and know my way round :) Its kind of annoying that you cant post where you want till 25 posts but anyway. I also have a PSP which is homebrew enabled and I love that, I got it by trading in my DS, which I did so because I could NOT stand the graphics. But I am SOOO looking forward to playing on a console that doesnt treat me like i'm 5.
I also run a website called www.futurewii.com (im not here to spam but to chat :DD), and im gonna be opening another one called www.futuresony.com soon :cool::gta:
But anyway.. anyone have any Suggestions as to what to buy for the PS3 etc? I am going to buya PS2 headset because apparntly they are beter than wireless and cheap :p

Let me awake this old thread and allow me to introduce myself. Just bought a new MGS4 bundle last week still un-opened and looking forward for the PS3 experience. The sole reason of buying it was for MGS4 big fan played 1-3 and couldnt wait to get my hands on this one.Im new to most of this on defenitely no expert on the technical stuff so here to learn and chime in and hopefully wont get any problems with the PS3. Found some peeps having some minor issues with this bundle but no worries.Thanks fellars!

ZeroGravity - I used to participate in a lot more discussion but it wasn't until recently that I'll be able to do that again and this new name reflects what I go by online now.

I didn't think you would - The last time I really posted was a long time ago. Hopefully you'll see me around much more and I'll participate in more PS3 discussion (I used to really only participate in 360 discussion but now that I got a PS3, I'll be able to discuss all things PS3).

I *think* FoxHound's symbol is a tad different. I may be wrong, though.
Anyway, if it wasn't for Metal Gear Solid 4 and, well, my 360 breaking down, I wouldn't have gotten a PS3. I was always going to eventually get one because of MGS4 but when that MGS4 bundle came up, it was too good to just simply pass up.
Well considering I've never played a Kojima Productions game before..
You never played Metal Gear Solid? If you get a chance, you really should try out those games. They are very fun.
I wouldn't have known what Kojima Productions was if my friend hadn't told me about MGS a while back. I didn't get into MGS at the time though, always thinking Splinter Cell was superior. Boy was I wrong.

Hi, my name's Rob, and I'm too old to play games, but I do it anyway. ;) I'm a lifelong gamer. My first "game" system was a Texas Instruments TI-99/4A computer back in the early 80s. Not only did it make me a gamer, but it sparked a love of computers that has given me a lucrative career working as an IT geek.
I'm married with no kids (and we plan to keep it that way), but we have three cats and a bunch of fish, which is almost as much work. Hobbies outside of video gaming include tabletop RPGs, amateur auto racing, photography, and maintaining my home-built Linux PVR system.

I have noticed a growing trend of 'one-hit wonders' on the forum. Unfortunately, you get this all over the interwebz and there ain't a fat lot you can do about it. I suppose all we can do is try and persuade them to stick with us - through any means neccessary, if you know what I mean, haha.

got my new ps3 along with mgs4/gt5 prologue and haze(which I returned cause it was tres gay) 4 days ago.
as soon as I figure out why this **** freezes and why it cant connect wirelessly or directly I'll be whooping serious arse online
I'm into fps's mostly, cod4 etc.. But I can push a mean Ford Gt 06' in GT5 Prologue
