Hi,

Well, this is what it's like in the 21st century???!!!!
Ok, ok.... I now have got myself a PS3 and so far it's a mixed relationship :-/
Got it, plugged it in using the standard lead no problem but then I picked up a HDMI lead and that's when it started.....

Set it up as best I could and I can't get a stable picture... The best way I can describe it is I get a black screen most of the time and the TV searches for a signal thought the lead, the TV does see the PS3 and VERY briefly, I get the image I am expecting...

New lead, new PS3.... The TV is 2 years old or so Sony KDL-32U3000 and never gave any problems....
I am at a loss so far so any help would be awesome!!!!

I'm better at actually fixing problems with this stuff than trying to explain how to fix it.

It's probably something silly in the settings or something, if anything like that happens to me I usually mess about with the settings and stuff and I eventually get the right setting.

Even though the owners knew we were planning on buying the site from them and even had a gaming magazine in the works. Long story short, it all went to hell.

Just coming back here to see how you peeps are doing in here. Seems like everything is pretty cool.

My main console is ps3 but i also have a 360 and a decent desktop for steam games. So yes im new here been enjoying the site I currently own and actively use my PS3, Wii, and 3ds they are all black. Im 29 im a business/law major my girlfriend lives with me at the moment lol no kids currently work has been my life the past 2 to 3 months. Gaming wise i tend to play Nintendo franchise games, sport games, GT5, Multi player games on the wii when i have company over at my house. Other than gaming Im a huge car guy its a hobby that comes and goes for me lol thats really about it.

I'm a lebanese gamer and joined January and only posted once. I will now buy a PSN Plus subscription which will hopefully result in an increase of interest for gaming, and therefore an increase in posts.

Hi all, just thought i would leave a little message on here to introduce myself. I am a 36 year old working family man from the UK.
I currently do not own a ps3 but it is my intention to purchase one within the next few weeks, i have joined up here early to get some ideas of games and equipment to get when the day comes and maybe to pick up a few gaming buddies along the way.
I mainly play modern warfare 3 on my wii at the moment ( as well as the other games with my kids ) but with all the hacking that goes on in the game it is ruined for me so i have taken the decision to get a ps3 before black ops 2 is released. Another reason for the switch is to be ready for the release of need for speed most wanted as i used to love the NFS games on my ps2.
So that's a little about me, i will add my psn id when i get it and if anyone wishes to follow me on twitter i am @BodyCount_UK on there. I hope i haven't bored you to much.
