After playing Killzone 2 online it got me thinking. I wonder what people see in this that is so awesome. Something about it is just too slow or too clunky or something. I can't get down with it but I'm sure I will keep on trying my hand at it for the valor of trophies.
Anyway, out of the games above, which one has the best online or the one that is your favorite?

I have to agree with you...KZ2 online is a big let down....it's slow, chunky, and it doesn't even offer the very basic gameplay of regular deathmatch....what on earth were the developers thinking
Edit: I can't even vote because UT3 doesn't have a spot on the voting. Although not as popular a game, it has the best gameplay mechanics (speed, sensitivity, KB & Mouse support)
Gotta be Killzone 2, the most intense online since COD: WAW.
have to say that COD has the best all round online experience, as far as instant enjoyment goes. and thats what games are supposed to be about isn't it?

Don't really play any of them on the list regularly, I'd answer something like Burnout..
If I had to choose though - probably BF:BC so far, had some serious fun with the Aussie Crew :D

100 x +1, COD 4 for me is the best online fun I have ever had, and I still play it.

I loved both CoD 4 and WaW the most so far, I haven't had the chance to play Killzone 2 online yet but I'm working on it.

if anything either battlefield or LBP, played them both online hell of alot and enjoy them the most

Would have to say at this moment Call Of Duty 4 as it shows that sometimes old is better as for trying out Call Of Duty:W@W and quite simply getting bored of it after getting to first prestige rank 30 something.
From the sound of things Killzone 2's online seems rather pleasing so i may give it a go tomorrow evening.

cod4 was so much fun... but R2 wins coz of co-op.
i hope MW2 is as epic and groundbreaking as COD4 was
Hard to decide between Call of Duty and Killzone 2. I like that KZ 2 feels more realistic to me but I also loved pretty much everything about the online mode in COD 4.

Call of Duty 4 for me. So much fun. Will never forget that game.
COD. Sorry, people, but KZ2 doesn't even TOUCH COD4 online.
This is also the thought of 5 of my good friends... and it might only be that much because I haven't asked anyone else.
KZ2 is really fun offline, but the online just doesn't go with me... I don't like games where you have to shoot somebody way too much in order to kill them.

COD series is for very serious gamers and i havnt played K2 online
but warhawk is a mix of serious and extremely fun!!!
i am still playing this game and ive had it for over a year!

cod4 and 5 are good for online but ive the the demo of killzone 2 and think its over rated but thats just my opinion

I was really hyped for killzone 2 but i been watching some vids on youtube and i see you have to pop too much lead into an enemy to kill them and that is the most annoying thing in a game for me! If cod didn't have "hardcore" mode I would feel the same about that aswell but because it does i vote cod

Resistance 2, it has both co op and competative, really fasy paced and ill be platinuming it after im done with killzone 2 singleplayer!
Call of Duty. Though i find myself getting killed ALL THE TIME by chance.. I haven't had the chance to play any other sort of game (listed) online, so COD would be my only choice to choose anyway.
Call of duty gets my vote.
I always play COD4 online but 5 has grown on me the past coule of weeks, Ive noticed it is quicker at loading maps than 4 even though the maps are bigger.
I'd like to start playing Rainbow Six Vegas 2 online but always end up playing COD4 no matter how hard I try.

Killzone 2 for me! the realism is astounding, and I really have no problem with how slow the movement is, I have worked around it. I really haven't played to much of the CoD series, the only one I have really played was CoD:WaW, which I had a blast with but Killzone 2 is way more fun for me.

Resistance 2 because of the huge maps and the fact u have to be skilled to get 20 kills hell even 6 kills because if u run into 2 people ur dead unless u have an explosive and skirmish really is a great game better than death match and capture the flag could ever be

Easily Killzone - don't understand the COD appeal tbh. It used to be alright, until people started throwing grenades all the way across the map at the start of each life and realising that SMG's and LMG's can somehow shoot people like they're snipers...

well warhawk is my ancient favorite, 2nd being bad company but now Killzone is taking over !
socom is number 1
cod waw is number 2
and kz 2 which will prob take over number 2
but socom will always be my favorite

COD is the best because that is such a good game that still people play it. Most old games just collect dust but COD4 you want to play it a lot of the time.
definnatly warhawk.i loved cod 4 online but not as much as warhawk.

Call of Duty 4, It's just plain fun, Simple as.
Though Resistance:Fall of man In It's prime was INSANELY addictive!

I never played a killzone game until the demo came out for this recent one. Have to say i didnt like it at all, couldnt figure out where i was meant to be going and i get what you mean about it being clunky i got that from it too. Just wasnt a game that appealed to me.
About the poll, it is nice to see how many people prefer which but COD games are always gona come out on top imo haha

I think the only people who play sports games online are the people who perma play Fifa 09 on my contacts list. Seriously, there are some people who play it constantly, its so nobby.
I'd say until KZ2 it was Fifa 09, But KZ kicks ***

Out of this list. Call of Duty has the best online. Killzone 2 online is still amazing, just takes alot of getting used to. Call of Duty is just perfect.
A game that is not on this list that I absolutely love online is Halo 2+3. They are just so much fun online.

ok...I've softened my stance in the last few days of playing KZ2 Multiplayer....it's certainly not as fast as UT3, but I'm voting for it here...=)

They're all pretty good online, but KZ2 is like my drug.
My favourite online games are Battlefield: Bad Company and Burnout Paradise

I enjoy CoD and killzone 2 online very much but I'm a sports guy so I voted sports.
It used to be Warkhawk, then I played COD4/WaW and that took most of my online play time. Now of course I'm a real KZ2 junky and I think their online is the best out there. Can't put my finger on it except, I like the options of playing various mission types in the same match, lots of customization option. I like the level up system (Some of which reminds me of TFC), character optimization, the way it looks. I like the badges as well as the way they work, though a few may take some boosting if you're gonna get them without waiting a few months to get them all.
I don't like there are some controller options you can't reconfigure though I'm not having much of an issue with as I don't crouch much online (Too many head shots).
I would have like if they had added cover to the online like that have for single player as well as an option to search for whether FF is off or on when finding a server.
