Hello, i know that i can't use public chat in home. But the problem is, i went on home with a friend. I called him to get in connection with him. He accepted. I could see the icon on my name when i pressed R2 but he couldn't hear me and he couldn't talk to me. He didn't have any icon when he pressed R2. He used the Ps eye as a mic. He also checked his communication parameters in the home interface and he said that they were okay.

Anyone has an idea?

It could possibly be if you don't have all the ports open on your router. Or possibly just your connection to the internet. The best thing to do is just check ports, and check basic things like making sure everything is in working order as far as your mic.

Get him to do a Network Connection Test
It will tell him what NAT type he has. You want NAT Type 2 or 1 in order for Voice to work without problems.

Make sure that in Accessory Settings - Input device HAS been set to PSEye.

Thank you for your answers. I think the problem comes from his connection. I don't have any problem with my mic. And it's him who couldn't hear me. And also he couldn't join my chat room. I couldn't join his either. And excuse me but how exactly do i or he has to configure the ports and the NAT???

Sorry for my poor english
