500 quid for a 32incher? Lawlz.
I got my Samsung (dunno the model code) when it first come out like 2 years ago or maybe it was 3. But it was like 400 quid. You can get it for around 310 now.. currys.co.uk
Let's face it, sure, it's Sony, but can you argue the extra cash? And don't hit me with that "It's got a better res" crap, that really only applies on bigger sizes....

Yeah, I've heard good things about the Samsung TV's.
I'll check them out again <_<
What's your budget?
You can get a good 32" for between £250-£350 depending on brand

I'd say £600 including the stand
Why don't you go bigger then!
You can get a real good one for £600!
Or are you restricted in where you are putting it?

I'm pretty restricted, it's going in an average sized room.
I don't rly want it to devour my room lol, maybe a 37 but...i dunno
I've been saving to get a good quality small tv which will last a while :)
Well as far as picture quality goes, I can't see by Samsungs!
I've had my 32" Samsung for 2 years and it's still going strong!
There's a lot of people on here with good TV advice though

Had my Sony Bravia KDL-32T3000 for over a year now and its still going good, Cost me £450, just go into a Sony centre and ask "I've got £450 and im looking for a 32 inch TV, What can you do?" and you should get a good deal :)

I have a Samsung 32" and a Sony 42" - don't know the models though. I think the Samsung is the better TV and it cost about £700 less!
My Samsung gave up the ghost after two years - and Curry's gave me some money!
Either look at the review of the KDL-37W5500 http://www.whathifi.com/Review/Sony-KDL-37W5500/
Then look at the price here: http://www.digitaldirect.co.uk/sony/kdl-37w5500u.html
If you can stretch a little more go for that one - it's simply the mutz nutz - just gutted I couldn't afford it - however I got the KDL- 37S5500 - whilst not as good as the one above it's miles better than the Samsung I had - and it only cost me just over £100 due to the 'refund' I got for a 2 year old tv!

Watch out for the samsung 5xx series. My parents just picked up an ln40b550 and it blurs badly.
