Hi, I'm looking for a signature for another forum and am willing to pay 3,000 sp.

The forum is fairly strict on the sig dimensions so they must follow the rules below.

IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS:
MAXIMUM SIZE : 20K in size (20480 bytes)
MAXIMUM IMAGE DIMENSIONS: 450 (width) x 150 pixels (height)
