Prestige Emblems Avatar Request

Could someone put together for a me an avatar based upon the prestige emblems I have earned in the Call of Duty games?

-CoD4: 5th prestige
-WaW: 3rd prestige
-MW2: 3rd prestige

Maybe throwing in all of the emblems not just the ones that I am at today?

Anyone do this in a sweet way will get loads of SP and rep.
