Question regarding the Move PS3 eye

Does anyone know if the PS3 Eye HAS to be above the television in order for the Move to work properly? Every video I watch shows it above a television. My PS3 Eye has always been below my television at about knee level. I wonder if it will still calibrate and work the same?

It should work if below but given it is trying to track the spheres that are more often than not around you shoulder height, I think just above the TV is the optimum location for the camera.

It can be positioned anywhere, infact the most ideal spot would be in the center of the TV lol.

I'd say stack something just under the TV so the eye is pointing at you positioned just below the screen.

Also there will be a camera Plasma clip for those with a HD screen that wanna stick it on top.

I have had mine on top and below the TV, no problems.
