View Full Version : Can't get forums to work in FireFox
Hey idk if its something with my firefox or not but I cant login when I use firefox. Im in IE right now.
What version of Firefox are you using? I am using Firefox 22.214.171.124 and it worked for me.
I think there's something wrong. I just downloaded firefox and logged in and it worked, but with IE, it didn't let me log in. A lot of other people I think can't log in also.
i have verision 126.96.36.199. and 2.0 beta
I CAN CONFIRM THIS! I use Bon Echo(the program thats basicly beta of the Firefox 2) and Firefox regular and it doesnt work on EITHER. I suggest you put the old forum back up at a location like www.ps3forums.com/firefox or something and sync the forums. Its weird firefox works with the Facepunch Studios forum. www.facepunchstudios.com click the logo. Yet it doesnt work here. How strange.
Yes, I have version 188.8.131.52 as well, and it seems to be working fine. Do many other sites work? Maybe it is the browser itself.
I don't know what version of Firefox I have but I couldn't log in either
I have to use IE I'm going to tryo opra cause IE is the devil
EDIT: Opera works fine
The Forum is Loading and Working Fine For Me.
May i Suggest
1) Restart Computer
2) Clean Cache And History
3) Delete Plugins and extension (never know it could be them)
4) Reinstall Firefox
if it still does not work then i suggest using another secure alteritive such as opera.
I've g o t it. Delete your cache and try again, in any browser. Try and see if it works.
Yes I had the same problem. In FireFox, just click Tools -> Clear Private Data and that should do the trick.
Yep, clearing the cache (Temporary Internet Files in IE) should fix any issues.
Edit: Actually, it's a cookies issue. Delete any PS3Forums-related cookies.
Panda Bear Shenyu
No, its the cookies that you have to clear.
For some reason, the site won't log me in automatically anymore.
yes that seemed to work thanks
In the future, if you have this problem type in www.ps3forums.com (without the /index) and a message will come up addressing the issue.
There is also a sticky for VB bugs.
