View Full Version : What do you want in the next COD?
If it was up to me I would just make MW2 but with a few improvements like:
1.A game mode where your K/D needs to be higher than 2.00 so you don't have any **** teammates.
2.Make every gun have a disadvantage and an advantage
3.More XP to level up
4.And a vote system for players that you want to kick out of the lobby.
What would you want?

I think i'd love to see a bigger variety of guns and maybe a map editor on the consoles like Far Cry 2 had.

Main thing is dedicated servers, how hard is that?

Dedicated servers.
The amount of money that is made off these games should warrent dedicated servers. There is no need to force millions of players onto crappy servers that can't handle the connections.

1. I don't think this will work as a lot of people (including myself) get a ratio above 2 by killing people who are bad at the game. I mean, most lobbies are filled with people that have ratios around 1.3-1.5, maybe even lower than this. I'll surely admit it, I definitely would not have as high of a ratio if it weren't for these people. I think the same probably applies to a lot of people. So therefore, a lobby with just people over 2.00 will result in almost everyone losing they're ratios.
2.I think they already sort of do. One gun has better accuracy, but lower damage while the next gun has higher damage but lower accuracy.

A kick function will just get abused by jackasses, just like on MAG. Everything else but the 2.00 thing i like.

Call Of Duty: Dedicated Servers
Here goes...
(1.) Dedicated servers
(2.) Do not reward people for dying and playing horribly, i.e. second chance/revive and martyrdom, that makes no sense to me.
(3.) PS3 exclusive content @ some point, even if its only a 30 day exclusive (I understand that Microsoft pays an bundle for that, but it would be nice not getting the shaft one time).
(4.) Better party system... just seems like there is always problem getting all six people in and then when you finally do the lobby won't populate 6 more to play with and you have to back out and start over.
I'm sure ill think of more...

better maps, more guns, more varitey of guns, seriously instead of jus having 20 guns total for mp aim for having 40 guns, more equiptment or new gernades or something, bigger maps with more tactial team game play, improved graphics work on the game for 2 years instead of releasing every year, ability to swim or hang glide or something cool :lol: i dunno
just make some really really cool maps to play on something totally fresh and unique each map be something quite a bit different to the next, any ideas on what kind of locations or places new ideas for maps ?

Personally, I'd like to see more guns, waay more guns, the accessories are good, and there are plenty, but I want to see like 60-100 guns to chose from. Also, being able to drive in the Mp would be cool. Even how the maps are, it could be possibly, maybe destroyable environments. That'd be sick. The graphics are good, as far as I don't want them to so good that four player split screen is no longer available.
Thats about all I can think of.

Having a 2.00+ kd doesn't always mean you're the best player, especially in games other than TDM. The guy on my team with the highest kd is also the most selfish, he's great in tdm, but kind of sucks in dom and demolition. On the other end of the spectrum, there are guys on my team with a 1.2-1.3 kd that will sacrifice themselves as much as needed to get the win/cap the point. Just saying, there is more to it than that. At the end of the day, I'd take a higher win ratio over a higher kd.

You say all that now but once its done you will find something new to complain about. Seriously? 60-100 guns? :lol: I doubt that. You want vehicles in the map? play World At War.
