PSN down time - Really have to ask this

What is going on with the mods letting these posts of the PSN down time completely clog PS3 Discussion? At first, one or two would selectively be locked or moved to the PSN subforum but since then, it is like a "Dump Your Trash Here" sign has gone up on PS3 Discussion. There are enough now that warrant a sticky in the PSN subforum to all be moved into and merged. Here are just some of the threads clogging PS3 Discussion, if examples are needed, all on the same topic that belongs in the PSN subforum:

The first question I'd ask is, "have the threads been reported with an explanation as to why they are being reported"? Besides that question, I'd love to make a point about proactive moderation, but I think blig has pointed out the need for it in his post.

Of those topics, only a couple had a latest post under 24 hours. I say ignore them and let them sink. Anymore that are made just lock, delete, or move.
