I just noticed that I have been flagged for:
Infractions: 0/1 (3)
but I have no idea when (I just noticed but it could have been there for years for all I know). I can't find anything about it on the Infractions and Bans board, I don't see any notifications in my inbox or anything else. How do I go about finding out what I did so that I may avoid doing it again in the future? I really don't recall breaking any rules and genuinely want to make good on whatever it is I did.
Is it too much to ask that if we are flagged for something we get notified? How can I ever make good on something that I have no idea occuured?

That's where I can see mine, at least.
chances are that when you were infracted the PM system was broken. these days you will get a PM along with an explanation as to what rule you broke.

well it was 4 years ago, you could probably ask an admin if it can be removed anyhow.

Sorry for the delay is replying, I haven't logged in to the boards for a while.
Thanks for the help gang! Now I know why. Wow, that was a MINOR thing to ding me for I must say. They called THAT spamming? Ridiculous. Perhaps I WILL ask a mod to remove it if possible, it seems a silly thing to have tagged onto me. I notice that the person who gave me the infraction is a Jets fan if their username means anything...I think it might have been motivated by sports rivalry.
Anyone know where the proper place to ask a Mod to clear it up would be? Can I just request it here and now in this thread instead of "spamming" the boards with another thread?

im a bad boy there needs to be something i can do to take mine away bc ive been good for a while
@Grand... since your infraction occurred a LONG time ago, and the switchover to the new forum software wiped out any trace of it, I zero'd your infraction counter. It looked like you had a warning, which is the only reason I wiped it. This won't happen again, as all infraction points are now accumulative.
As for Narc... you had two very old infractions, like Grands... but also two recent ones. I fixed your point totals, but the two more recent infractions remain.

Wouldn't exactly be fair if I wiped out less than 1 yr old infractions... LOL
Just note, you have 8 points, at 10 is a week ban, so one more infraction and it's auto vacation time

Thank you Cuguy, that is mighty kind of you! I understand on the one time thing and I'll be sure to be more careful. I appreciate you helping me out 8-)
