As the title says... Post your favorite Ramen or your favorite way to make it.


I don't have a favorite yet as i'm just now getting into more actual Ramen vs the things you buy for .10c at the shop.

I like pork ramen but i don't eat it often because the sodium in it is high.

I eat the cheap stuff in the plastic package, Maruchen or whatever it is, from time to time. I just cook it in the microwave, nothing fancy. I like the spicy chicken one.

As for making ramen, like with R_Mac_1 I just cook it in the microwave. I'm too lazy.

Chicken flavor, Maruchen. I have like 4 x12 boxes in my kitchen right now. The stuff is cheap, warm, and tasty.

Pretty much all of them. I used to love the chicken flavor when I was younger but I burnt myself out on it. Like Pork and Shrimp flavor the most probably. But all of them you add a little bit of Tapatio hot sauce or Tony Chachere's seasoning kicks it right up.

This stuff if you've never heard of it. Mostly a southern thing, but it is amazing. Perfect mixture of spice and flavoring.

Pork Flavor with sausage and rooster sauce. Ichiban is best but i'll go cheap if need be because liberal application of rooster sauce will hide its inexpensiveness. M'mmm

I usually eat Maggi Masala/Curry.

I don't follow the instructions on the back. I add a lot of water let it almost fully cook then drain most of the water than add some chili powder with flavoring. Tastes really good :)

I LOVE PROPER Ramen, one thing though. The broth can NOT be fish based..it is way too overpowering IMO. I love the pork and beef based broths.

Haven't tried it yet. But you have to be from Louisiana or somewhere nearby to know what that stuff is.
