Rep power: Numerical representation of peoples agreement with your post content.
SP: Points accumulated from donations of other users and for each post made, can be used to buy forum items like custom user title.
Infraction: What gets handed to your ass when you troll, be an asshole or generally act like a dick. Persist in douchebaggery and you will earn increasingly long bans, ultimately getting your ass permabanned.
Trick/troll question...in PS3 discussion? :)

Rep power is based on the amount of +rep you get, combined with the time you've been here, added to how many posts you have.

Some of the info is outdated, but you'll get the general idea of it.

Only certain staff can give negative rep.
We do not have a general like/dislike system here
Rep power directly means your worth against the worth of another person. Higher means better.
Say for instance, your rep power is 6, mine is 103, so if I disagree with something you said, it means that you're definitely wrong.
However, if F34R comes in (with a rep power of 132) and says that he completely disagrees with me, then there's nothing I can do, and so I become wrong whereas his opinion will be absolutely right.
Ha! That'd be one helluva perk Sufi lol.
Still dont know why I got as much rep as I do :snickerI'm sure that you're bribing people in here. Or giving them.. services. :snicker

How to get rep. Get a lot of infractions and you'll get rep from being a bad boy.You remember how in school the bad kids we're popular? The same rules apply here.
