Here are my top 5 hardest games.

1. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (NES)

2. Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (NES)

3. Wizzards & Warriors (NES)

4. Kid Icarus (GameBoy)

5. Demon Sword (NES)

For me, the NES proved to have the hardest games I have ever played. What are yours?

GTA 4, the last mission was a pain in the ass.
NFS Carbon, the last boss cheated a lot so it was hard as well.
NFS Hot Pursuit (PS2) the last missions with like 32 laps were just impossible.
Terraria: Solo the Twins and Skeletron Prime was quite a challenge.

8bit games and 16bit games was more about memory than anything once you memorised the enemy and boss patterns they were easy beaten.

I remeber stuggling on Probotector for a ahwile but mu Megadrive broke before I got to beat it.

1. Last remnet. It was a pos game that was only hard because they shrank down how many you could have in a party before launch but didn't tune the monster lvl. So a boss made for 16 you now had to beat with 12. When u heald ur lucky if two people healed in a party of 4. Yes all 4 can heal but it is all random.

2. Dark souls
3. Ff 6
4. Final fantasy
5. Demons souls

Probotector is the Euro version of Contra for soem reason Euro versions had robots instead of humans as the characters.
