its already out on some devices see htc one S and X. as for your device seems like it should be either out now, or coming very soon. BUT will depend on your network.
I have ice cream sandwich on my new asus tf 300.and its awesome very stable iam happy i got transformer over the ipad
Sony only just released it here for the Touch Tablet S ics is a huge imorovement, I think I even get more batterylife xD
I personally love the screen shot function.
