I've got the helghast helmet from the collectors edition and it's a decent size but I'd imagine the Halo one would be larger!
I have the Killzone one as well, its a decent size. Why do you ask?

around 60 GBP delivered for the Halo helmet
around 10-15 GBP for the Killzone helmet
If you want to see what past items sold for on ebay go to Advanced Search and tick 'completed listings'
