Some of the games I've seen in Nintendo are in the screenshot beyond the resolution of the Wii. For example, most of the Red Steel screenshot is in 720p resolution but Wii is only 480p resolution. Why are they demonstrating a game higher resolution than normal?

Some are bullshots, but in the case of red steel, the developer released shots in normal resolution and then gave ign some ones in high resolution (the shots in normal res are available in the developer's blog). Im not sure why they bother with the high resolution shots, but ubi likes to do things like that (and have for awhile).
It's the same thing though across the board, happened with the PS2 a lot.

Ok COMPTON GGGG, this is how it goes down. ubi busted some mad clear screens at ign. We arent sure why cuz the screens in normal resolution are already pretty dope. The most likely reason is cuz they're wanting to rep their hood strong by showing what they're flossin. Unfortunetly they be trying to stir up some drama n hype for their upcoming game, but they may be tryin a bit too hard if ya kno what I mean. Still we are all getting pretty hyphe about it since what they got still looks pretty fly.
Companies do this all the time, cuz they are fake, much like fiddy cent. The game still looks good though. Tell Game I said hello, and I want his album <3.
