Onto the forums or a web host?
For a host service:
join www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com)
Pretty self-explaintory from there.
For the forums:
Goto User CP -> On the left choose Edit Signature -> Place the url of your signature in there with tags around it. eg
yourimageurlhere
