View Full Version : First Ever King Kong in-game footage!
Don't stare at me just because the video looks like an Xbox game. Just know that that it's coming to all next-gen platforms as well. It's nice to see what the creators have in store for us through this video.
There is this one scene where two T-Rex's are standing right above our character and they give a simultaneous roar, that was frikkin awesome!!!
Here is (finally !) a gameplay video of King Kong, developed by Ubisoft and based on Peter Jackson's next movie. It seems to be very much like the movie, with a very cinematic gameplay, but it will also certainly be quite linear. It worked for Call of Duty, so there is no reason why it shouldn't with such talented developers.

The upcoming Star Wars Battlefront game has many different weapons that match to the gameplay variety, one of them being the newly designed Carbonite Freeze Gun. The weapon will stop any character, no matter what. In addition, there's a new, mean rifle called the Orbital Strike. The Orbital Strike is mainly a tag, which builds up. This is extremely bad news for the tagged player.
All of these weapons are aimed to increase the value of multiplayer capabilities, one of LucasArt's strongest focus with this game. To fuel this need for multiplayer madness, the development team not only gives new weapons, but allows the player to customize his whole look from top to bottom. With this feature, the makers are also looking to add customizable weapons based on a point system. But this new concept of customizable weapons, is yet to be decided.

Wow...someone should close this..that article was dated back around 2005..and that game was old..it's not even the first in game footage..-_-
What the deuce? I saw the title of the thread and got really confused; I didn't even know there was a King Kong game in development. And then I saw that a member had mega-bumped this thread way back from 2005, and all my confusion was laid to rest. I hope they don't make a new King Kong game, the movie tie-in was a huge waste of cash in my opinion.

don't ban him.. give him a warning or something.. obviously he is a newb and just randomly browses through the forums and dead threads not knowing when they were created.. (I did that on other forums before. XD)
or maybe he just likes to annoy the hell out of people..
I would just give him a warning.. and I wouldn't mind a good King Kong game coming to the PS3/360.. That last one pretty much sucked.
