I use IE and its perfectly fine. Am i the only one that doesnt have a hard time with IE?
You have to use firefox to really see the difference dragonlance. IE is always letting popups go unoticed when it's supposed to have a built in pop up blocker. Since getting firefox Im yet to have one pop up. And then speed, firefox loads webpages alot quicker than IE does in my opinion.

so would FireFox if it came with my system.
Fire fox is way better then IE, IE has so many flaws and holes its not funny it alows spyware and addware into your computer as blake said pop ups are us.
I use to think like you Alex but so many shows and people said try it for at least a week so I did and now I find it infinatly better it also has tab browsing which saves alot of cpu prossesing so if you have a slower system go for it oh and also it loads sites much faster

I use both, firefox and IE, FF is set as my default browser, but i still use IE sometime.
I think IE is better than FF only at dealing with pictures (loading them, viewing them etc).
But FF is better in everything else.
FireFox seems to struggle displaying in-page movies and flash videos, but it is a good browser none the less.

For someone like me who is looking at videos (i just got my computer running again. :D) IE is perfect. As for speed, ff seems to be the best but what is 5 seconds? :? AOL is crap so its the worst out of all of them.
Just wait till your computer crashes due to all the spyware and viruses you get from IE
Yep, dragon may I suggest you download spybot and ad-aware ahead of time, and run them each once a week. Your bound to get a crapload of spyware running IE.

i use spysweeper, norton, mcaffee, andspybuster. I run twice a week andi still seem to be filled with em. But i reformatted my computer, got a new partition for both D and C so now im all good. This comp should last till we get a new one (couple months from now)
You don't even need all that crap all I have is Norton anti virus and firewall plus spybot search and destroy and add aware
