Xbox 360 titles
Call of Duty 2
publisher: Activision
release date: 11/1/2005
With Xbox 360 exclusivity, expect Call of Duty 2 to be a real militaristic treat from start to finish. The hardware will finally be caught up to the writer’s and producer’s vision. The most notable change- at least visually- is how superior particle effects can be replicated on the 360. Watching smoke dissipate into thin, digital air is reason enough to check out this launch dish.
Why it deserves the Purple Heart: The bump mapping on floor surfaces alone will cut deep into your reality TV watching hours.
Why gamers may go AWOL: They won’t.

The rumors were true, one of the most wanted next-gen games is not going to any other console.
This is good not only because it will mean a big boost for the x360, but mainly (in my opinion) because developers will be able to take the best of the x360 hardware without having to worry about porting problems.
We can open the Champagne now. :D

Hmm... The screenshots look nice so far, but I still think they need to work on the background just a tad more. Other than that, I think those screenshots look very good.

Well, thank you to the developers of Call of Duty. (Laughing at PS3's faces)

i think that means that sony is going to make medal of honor exclusive cuz now they dont have a war game.
Medal of Honor is EA, isn't it? EA will almost always go cross-platform with their big titles.

I don't MOD on the Xbox 360 on Gamespot, but its on Playstation 3 list. I think MOD will be on Xbox 360 though, since EA is licenced also with Xbox 360.
who cares it will be on pc as well, laughs in microsofts face.

Yes, in a PC running under Microsoft's windows :)...
That of course, considering that you'll have ~$500 to spend for a videocard that would let you see similar results (if even...)

Let alone have more than one face!!! :D
I wonder if the next Medal of Honor will pull through. As the series went on and on, the quality started to degenerate. I wonder if Montreal is going to make a new Brothers in Arms for next gen.
Call of Duty 2 x360 Exclusive!
OLD!
I don't like WW2 shooters anyway.
The screenshots look quite nice.....

WOW! There is new gameplay footage of this game in action over at Gametrailers.com. Check out the 50MB video called "Gameplay!" It is pure FPS GOLD all the way through...but the last ten seconds really say it all!

This is a good thing for xbox 360 but very bad from activision, they can make more money going multiple console.

I dont think call of duty being exclusive to the 360 is a big deal since there wont be a console (except the 360) able run the until atleast 5 months after it release

You know why they call it a console exclusive? right... sheesh some people.
Well i expect "Call of Duty2" to be an 360 exclusive, But bet you when PS3 launches a year later it will get either
a: call of duty 2" some subtitle" with impoved graphics and more stuff
or b: Call of duty 3 will be coming out for all platforms.

But Osirus's point can be right cuz PS3 is almost a year away from launching and by that time who knows that COD might come to the PS3 with probably another subtitle or somethin. As for MOH i don't think it will be a PS3 exclusive cuz it is made by EA and they obviously will release it on multi-platforms.
The game will probably come out on PC for all the people who care that much, as for the graphics comment, PC's will after a few months become more powerfull thne consoles so it seems to me that PC users can have graphics equal too or better then the Xbox 360's

The thing that concerns me about posts such as yours is that they *always* fail to take into consideration that even when the so called "PC users" catch up in terms of graphics cards; the vast *majority* of people (say, 95%) are still not going to have a capable system to rival the XBOX360 version for at least 2 more years, or maybe longer, depending when they perform a total upgrade (which is often more than the cost of an expensive graphics card) --
So no, the vast majority of PC users (as in the people who want the game and buy it) will not have a capable system for a good many years; and will more than likely be playing CoD2 on a sub-standard system for a long long while.
