I remember reading where each BD movie came with a color correct bar to help you adjust your TV properly.

Imputing numbers or something.

Does anyone know?

The only thing i ever heard like this is that some websites use them(and regular DVDs) to set up TVs. They refer to a certain point in the movie.

example: pause at 32 minutes and 16 seconds. Keep lowering the contrast until you see a crack in the ice. Add more red until you start to see such and such.........

Maybe this is what you are refering too? If so these are websites that help you set up your picture. Other than that, I never heard of such a thing.

From the main menu of the movie, you can bring up the PS3 menu (by pressing triangle I think). You should see see various disk control options along with some numbers. Select the 7669 (might have to search for those, I am at work and can't test them on my PS3) and then "enter" to get some test patterns.

They are similar to the ones Lucas films puts on some of their DVDs, but in HD.

And the option is generally on the menu of the disc.
