PS2 vs XBOX

I seen alot of posts of people swearing at other people just for a consle.
They keep saying Xbox is better because it has a stronger CPU and better graphics. Also the PS2 has more game selection etc etc.

Well i dont care that the Xbox has better CPU than PS2, after all PS2 is much older and i pefer playing it more than an xbox. I dont see a huge advantage over the PS2 with only 400mhz+ over the PS2. Sure it may be 2 times more powerful than the PS2 but did you know that the gamecube is stronger than both? All i gotta say is play what you like and it doesnt matter if someone else thinks something is better.

But consles will be always behind PCs for most of the time. The PC has like 4ghz CPU speed right now and yet you can still overclock it. I heard that the PS3 will have like more powerful cpu or more advanced cpu that the pcs but the pc will still end up being better.

I like them both so I cant really complain about either, each is worth the time and money. PC's would problly be my favorite if I had enough money to build the kind of rig that I want.

Yea, I just realised their are a bunch of threads that are similar to this.

According to a recent Kotaku article (http://www.kotaku.com/gaming/p-oo-s/ps3-controller-is-a-poos-184547.php), Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has officially named their controller PooS. Kotaku managed to come up with two theories explaining the controllers odd moniker.

1. The double Os might represent the two analog sticks, or they might represent infinity.

2. No rumble. Tilt controls that Somerset Maugham might have described as 'craptacular'? We think Sony made a typo of an extra 'o' in their patent application form.

This hasn't been confirmed by Sony itself, so take it with a grain of salt.

Are you sure this is real??? This doesn't sound right...plus Kotaku has not always been that resourceful. They would be like reporting from the Inquirer.

If this is true, what the hell were they thinking?? It's quite possibly worse than "Wii".
