For all of you Geezers (25 y/o+) out there, check out www.geezergamers.com (http://www.geezergamers.com). It's a community of almost 6,000 older gamers who game together on XBL.
If you're tired of playing with little Timmie on Live and don't want to her yelling, screaming, incessent cussing or singing, while you game on-line, you must check out this site.
It's 100% free but is a 99% original Xbox and 360 site. So if you're a PS3 owner, you probably won't find what you're looking for over there.
It's a forum much like this one. There are clans to join and friends to meet. Believe me, you will never look at gaming on XBL the same again after playing with the geezers.

Sounds like a place I may enjoy. Playing online with people screaming, quitting, crying, yelling, name calling, and every thing else is just plan getting old. Although I am only 22 so maybe I am not quite old enough to join up in your group. Or does it really matter?

Not really. As long as you aren't doing the things you mentioned, you'll be fine.

As for the age thing, you are right. But let's face it, matchmaking sucks because of all of the little Timmies out there. Private games are the only way to play on-line.

I'm already a member at
adultgamingentusiants.com (AGE) and 2old2play.com both are decent communities. AGE is much smaller though not all that much in the way of chatter of there yet.
Also, the AVS Xbox forums stay pretty mature for the most part.

I don't know if it DOES infract on the rules, but it might....
There are just as many 20-30 year old punks as 12 year old whiners, from my experience.
Just because there is perhaps a higher possibility of irritating people in an age range doesn't neccessarily mean you should exclude EVERYBODY in that age range.
