It shows a different pick and it says the latest and greatest so is it a new version?can someone quickly download it as in 5 mins its at 4%

It would be great if they added cars/track to Moto demo. I've almost run out of ways to crash the four vehicles, and "the word" is the real thing is delayed.

Why would they add that to the description and change the picture if its the exact same thing, that'd be sort of stupid. The release date is not too far away either so maybe they're giving us something to chew while we wait some more weeks, who knows.
Also it says online head-to-head races up to 15 vehicles? maybe they overlooked it..

The only thing i noticed differently in this supposed new build of the motorstorm demo, is the sound. Back then, it seemed to be much louder than the other games / normal sound of other things i played on my ps3. Now it seems just about equivalent to everything else, and oh yeah the music hasnt glitched out on me yet during the races.

same file size as before, so i can't imagine it being any different.
It's probably the same thing. Sony would've announced something like this. Expecially for a game people are actually looking forward to.

I still have that problem with it being louder then every other game i have.

Well that's good for me because I didn't like turning my surround sound down every time i wanted to play it. It was noticeably louder than the other games I had.

I just noticed & downloaded, the tattered flags around the track & number of spectators seems to have increases. Overall clarity of the graphics seems to be better too. If you are a hardcore fan then worth the download.
It would be great if they added cars/track to Moto demo. I've almost run out of ways to crash the four vehicles, and "the word" is the real thing is delayed.
there are more than 4 choices for vehicles in the motorstorm demo. just selct a vehicle and before you start the race it will let you change you vehcile right before you take out of the starting line.

How do you change your car tell me i have tryed and there is no way that i can think of any more i have pressed every button on the controller before the game starts. o and is this the old verison your talking about or did you just download the verison and you can do it now.

Uhhhh if i'm not mistaken, the left and right D-Pad changes the kind of vehicle and up and down changes color. and i dont think any vehicles changed from old version to new because i remember having that choice before this update.

aww you guys got me pumped enough to exit my rfom game and start the download.. well i my aswell finish it, I also have the prob with it being louder then my other games/demos

There IS a demo like that, but the thing is, its not for DL on the network. I have played that demo on a Kiosk in a Sony Style store, but no where else.
Does the new demo have this by any chance?!

Dang I'm not seeing any answers about this so called "update". I'd love to have it in 1080p because you really can tell a difference on a 60'' TV :/

yeah the version you play at the store isnt the same demo you download form the playstation for for once the one you download form the ps store is faster but only allows you to uswe the trucks or motorcycles no switching between vehicles in the ps store version only kiosk version

There are 4 vehicles in the Motorstorm demo and there always have been. You pick game on the left at the title screen and then you have a choice of the big truck or the rally truck by hitting left or right on the directional pad. If you choose the game on the right of the screen you can pick an old Russian motorcycle or a motocross bike by doing the same. That's 4 vehicles. On top of that you have multiple color schemes for the cars and multiple riders on the bikes by pressing up or down on the directional pad.

and we write the word spell with two L's here in america... lol (sorry if that was mean i can take it off)
but i too thought that there was more then 4 vehicles in the new demo when i got it becouse of color changes.
is it just me or is there a graphical update (small but there) in this. it looks like it to me, then again im kind of tired. ;)

Nope, I downloaded it last week (after having played the new "switchable cars" demo at Target a week before that) and it was still the same as the previous Motorstorm demo that I had just deleted

Hmm I haven't played the current one at the stores. The one I described above with the two trucks and the two motorcycles was the demo I have at home on my PS3 that I downloaded from the PS store.

That's the same demo I have. All of us were hoping it was the store version of the demo. Oh well, it's a demo. The real game's not too far away :D
