I've just purchased the KDS-50A2000 Sony TV and have been setting it up for the past 2 hours or so. I have a cable running from my wall port to a splitter, where one cable goes to my modem, then router and finally to the PS3. The other cable goes to the TV set. However, I'm noticing that if I have both cables plugged in at the same time, it knocks my modem offline. I have to unplug the cable that goes to the TV in order to receive internet to the PS3, even though it's wired. Has anyone heard of this problem or can anyone maybe give me some advice as to what I'm doing wrong? I had this same set up with my last TV (crappy old SD set) and it worked fine. Since this new TV is in place, it's not letting me keep both cables connected. Thanks in advance.
