Hey I was just reading another MGS thread, and well it hit me that I had been stuck on this game in the past, and looked at like every online walkthrough and everything, but couldn't figure it out, in one of the last parts where the raiden dude is naked running through the ship thing and he comes to the corridor, I can't seem to figure out what to do what you do when you go into that corridor thing that you can't get out of but both the doors seem to be locked? The one with the little FMV thing at one of the ends of the corridor, could someone tell me what I did wrong as in is there something I should have done before I went in there?

i cant remember that part but luckily for you im playing the game again to get the story straight. anyways last time i played it i got stuck at this one part where the boss i think set bombs and you had to run around disarming them fast. it was with raiden with the boss on the roof well into the game. i got to where he like fell on the bomb and you have to disarm it but he's on it and the thing you do it with doesnt work. this is the part that made me stop playing because i tried everything and thought it was a glitch and the bomb wasnt supposed to be there so i quit and later deleted it off my memory card. street racer i hope you dont mind me asking a question too but i dont want to go through it all again and get stuck there again. so if you can just answer both of our questions too the people that have already beaten the game.

Ohh its fine, I don't mind thats what the threads about right? I remember that part, not to make fun of you or anything but well that part was cake  mainly fun even though it took me like 107 tries, but just take out like a machine gun and shoot the dude I think after he places a bomb or something, he stops for some reason and you have to shoot him at that point. If someone has a better explanation that would be nice, its been awhile...

no actualy that part was really easy, it was after he liked stopped placing the bombs it went to a little cut scene where he is dieing and then he like fell on the bomb because i shot him. so now theres a bomb like right under him and you cant get to it. i tried shooting him to make him move but it didnt work because he's dead. i thought for a second it was under the thing next to him but it wasnt my tracker said it was right where he was. so got anymore help or something.

I think your asking how to beat it? You just got to run up and down the tunnel corridor, a women will appear in your radar, shortly after Snake will appear and give you your cloths and weapons.

It takes a good few mintues. Oh and don't be in alert mode. I think the first time took me close to 10 min. Don't leave the room or anything, and answer the Codec calls as well. It took me forever to get what I was suppose to do, at first I thought the game was busted.

All you do is unequip everything and then walk up to his dead body. Hold Square and move his dead body away from ontop of the bomb. Then use the freezing tool to freeze the bomb underneath him.
hey does anyone know how to get the shaver for Raiden, i was looking at my Game shark codes, and found out there's a shaver item available for the game (when i double checked the walkthroughs)

Its where you first come up as Raiden. You see two diver suits. you need to flip over the bards and hang and move over to them. Its laying behind the suits somewhere.

Heh, I own it, my roomate convinced me to buy it when it came out, but I couldn't get more than 10 minutes into it before I threw down the controller in disgust... the control scheme just bugged me so much that playing it pissed me off. Then again, the Resident Evil games are the same way for me, why can't they just get it so that one analog stick turns _and_ walks.

Soldier you never bought Metal Gear Solid for ps1? If you can find it anywhere like ebay or something I would. It's a great game. I still like MGS2 the best though. I even like it over 3.

Ow, man that sucks losing your game. IMO the ending og MGS2 was really good. While we're talkin about the origional one for a moment I really like the part in that game where you are fighting Psycho Mantis.

Recently reported, an interview with the technical director for Naughty Dog's Uncharted: Drake's fortune detailed demo options for the future on the Playstation blog.
Palgn tracked down Evan Wells to detail more specifically a date for the demo's entrance onto the PS3 systems. "Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, the pulp action-adventure game from Naughty Dog that makes us weak at the knees, like a fat boy at the site of a triple chocolate fudge cake is soon to be gracing our Playstation 3's on November 20th in the US, and December 7th in Europe. But when do we get the demo I hear you ask (silently)?"
He simply goes onto state the interview with Christian Gyrling on the blog and said in two weeks (November 8th).
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is Sony's upcoming AAA Action Adventure title that will place players in the role of Drake, and explorer out to seek the lost treasure of an old sailor.

Article is way too short.
Perhaps discuss the game?
Okay...done. I don't see how filling the article up with info about the game is actually contributing to the news source itself which is only about the demo....but whatever

Once again, the demo isn't November 20th...
"We can’t wait to get on down with Nathan Drake (uh, perhaps the wrong choice of words) on November 8th (at least on the US Playstation Store). Exciting stuff aye?"

Well normally it does help flesh out things.
Most of the time when I post an article about something that is very game specific like a game demo, game release date, or game delay etc...., the last paragraph or so I'll give two or three sentences explaining what the game is about, who is developing it/publishing it, and a few unique features about the game. Just to give our readers a brief description of the game.
My 2 cents.

Sarad is correct; i'm sure there are many people out there who don't know the basics about Uncharted, or any other game for that matter, so it is in our interest to give them as much information as possible.
That, and we don't pay you just to write a few sentences lol.
Anyway, this is now live. I still had to make some heavy edits, as it didn't flow very well. Also, your description of the game was pretty poor, it must be said. I used one of my own instead.
Try take a little more time with things next time, Danny.
