Good deal but don't want or already own those movies.
No online right? Maybe outpost...
Can someone link me the store locator... or is it online only?
Their website is www.frys.com (http://www.frys.com)
I tried to buy two today on their site and was not able to get that deal. However, I do have a Frys store here in atlanta, so will check it out this weekend.
Anyone already been to one of their stores and buy?

so for the movies in red, are they known to be true blu-ray quality or are they just a tad better than DVD? i really only like buying blu-ray movies where i can tell a big difference from watching DVDs. ive noticed that the retail $39.99 blu-ray movies have the best quality and movies with a $5 reduction and so forth, the quality worsens...

No we have a few in AZ, i wish there were more though. The list is bigger because they are just plain better lol. The store is so much bigger, has more stock and the customer service kills bestbuy. Plus even when they dont have sells they still beat bestbuy 90 percent of the time especially when it comes to computers.
To sum it up f you have a frys electronics near you but you go to bestbuy instead, stop and go to frys!

Tears of the Sun and Black Hawk Down are two of the best quality Blu-Ray movies and are on that list, i can't speak for the others.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Since I've already bought the ones in RED from Best Buy's 2 for 1 deals, I picked up the ones today in GREEN with the 2 for 1 deal. Spent $64 for 6 Blu-Ray DVDs from 2 different Fry's Electronics stores in Los Angeles. I really wanted to get Resident Evil: Apocalypse, but the 2 stores I went to were out of them and I didn't feel like driving in traffic around anymore so I just got A Knight's Tale instead.
In about 6 hours (from this/my post), Best Buy's website should have the weekly ad updated for next week so I'll look to see if they are running any 2 for 1 deals this upcoming week.
So far, my entire collection of Blu-Ray movies have cost me approx $10 each
Can someone link me the store locator... or is it online only?
 i can't find the locater either, is there one? if so can someone please link it.
thanks
EDIT: found a link - http://shop3.outpost.com/template/help/index/FE30/Service3/Assistance/Middle_Topics/D2StoreHours
only 33 store locations, and there isn't even one on the east coast:cry:
It is definitely an in-store promotion only...not available online...and in fact..they do not even publicly advertise it in the stores...you have to tell the cashier and she has to code it differently to get the promo..but they are offering it

Bummer, I just got back and I saw no mention of those $24.99 movies being buy-one-get-one as well.
I picked up Memento with A Knight's Tale for free, and grabbed The Departed while I was there.

Fry's has an in-store BOGOF deal currently. I was shopping for something else and noticed the in store sign and bought 6 titles this weekend. The title selections are somewhat limited for this offer (only about 20 titles total) and they ring each title up as half price (avgs $13.99 per title) instead of ringing up one title at full price and zeroing out the other to protect against returns.
