I don't think it's a great idea unless you absolutely have to, anything like this can be potentially detected by MS over live, you might get a banned account. With this one, chances are very low. Anyhow if MS has left you in a tight spot with broken HDD on a faulty console, or they come out with a large HDD at a ridiculous price, this might be helpfull to some.
