I am still relatively new to rfom online. PLayed game in offline mode alot. Was wondering if someone knew a website that explained how you earn xp to level. And what levels do you get new gear/skins etc.....
I can tell you right now.
To earn xp you just play games. The higher you rank at the end of the round and the more people in the game, the more xp you get.
You get skins from three places. 1st, when you rank up you will occassionally get a new one.
2nd. If you register an account on myresistance.net it should give you codes to enter and get new skins
3rd. Completing the game on Inhuman and acquiring all the skill points will give you more skin
(There may be more available elsewhere, but I don't know where. I have seen a goofy looking guy skin that I don't know how people got.)
Edit: Sorry, evidentally didn't read your post closely enough. About at what levels you get new skins, I don't know personally, and don't know where to point you.

Try the IGN or Gamesradar sites. They specify how and at what level you get skins. Skill points and just finishing the game are certain ways to do it.

also check out the forums at www.myresistance.net. If you can wade through all of the BS ego pumping, there is some really helpful information buried in there.
