Yeah I made the thing under the text with a brush and many layers by transforming them to fit together. Also I had to do lots of compression with web snap and selective colors. Thats why its a bit pixelated and not so sharp. I wanted to also create something new and cool but I also didn't have a lot of time to make it. I suppose when i get home I can edit it or make something better.

you can usually download them in packs so that would be best. And that sig that you made would looks a lot better if you made it a little less bright with more contrast. oh and your current gets 9/10. A lot of crappy splinter cell sigs out there but yours is an exception.
