If PS Home pans out to be what the rumors say it will what would be the features you'de enjoy using and why? I'm not asking what you'de like to see what I want to know is out of the features we've all surely heard of rumored how would you use them.

i have ideas for the music and movies.
IF it's possible each house will have a TV and a stereo. that's how i'm picturing it to be. Now i hear of a virtual arcade. NOW i wonder what that could be. I would hang out there. haha.
If you've been to Gaiaonline. each avatar gets a house wherever you want. NOW that's
something interesting!
but anyways. it'd be the arcade.

I have lots of high quality movies on my HDD that I wouldn't mind sharing with people. I wonder if voice chat will be active while things like this are going on? It would be pretty cool.

Give me a telephone or computer that allows the person to hear my away message or leave me a short message when my ps3 is off or something.
I wouldn't mind a photoalbum to show off my images.
So my ideas are this:
Photo Album [Would open up the PUBLIC images on my HDD]
Stereo [Open up my PUBLIC Music on my HDD]
HDTV [To view the PUBLIC Video on my HDD]
Telephone [To View my away message or leave one when my ps3 is off]
Computer [Would be used for me to view my buddy messages from the buddies on my buddy list]
As far as the rumor of the achievements thing I wouldn't mind a second floor haha. to you know show all my glory ;D
but as far as my videos/music/photos are public, i wonder if they'll be able to save it?

I think it would be cool if everyone gets a empty room (that they can fill with items) and an custom avatar. Then you could visit someone else's home or go to a "city hall" (a lobby) in which you could participate in mario party type minigames against other PS3 owners for fun or new items for your house.
Anyway, that might be asking a little much but i hope that at least it is like animal crossing in the sense that you get a 3D room and avatar that you can customize.

bring back backyard sports!!! i want to be able to play backyard baseball, baskeball, and football with pablo sanchez and all those little kids that i grew up playing with. maybe you can just go to the backyard or frontyard and pick a sport.
