I would just like to remind people that the demo of Minna Golf 5 should be available today after 1:00pm (Eastern Time) for download from the Japan Store only. Lets discuss the demo here when it's released. I love the HSG series and the screenshots look fantastic. Getting excited. :)

I've been meaning to make a foreign account but dont know if i should make one for HK or JP.

That website worked out great for me on how to make a Japanese account, it only took like 10 minutes or so.

Has anybody ever created a foriegn account and then deleted it? I had a hong kong account and when i deleted it, some of my saved game data was corrupted. Im not sure if this was a coiencidence or if it had something to do with deleting the account. So since then Ive been hesitant to create another account. I'll just wait till the US store gets it.

It's not out in the Japanese store yet, just this second looked. Looking forward to Everybody's Golf, love it on my PSP, now I want it for my PS3! It's out on the PS3 in Japan on the 18th.

Nope, i cant see it. Is not out yet...but is the 16th on Japan. I dun think they will release a demo straight at midnight. Most likely u got to wait till late morning or early afternoon.

It's 4:30 est. time and still not there, but it's only 5:30am in japan so it'll probably come at like 3 in the morning for the U.S

Isn't the HK and Japan store the same? I'm pretty sure they are.
It is out in jpn store but not Taiwan store.
No clue if it's the same as HK's or JPN's. People say you might need to change the date to the 16th for it to show up in the store.

It's not in the Honk Kong store guys. It's been in the JAPAN store for about an hour now. Make a Japan acct to grab it. Only a 246 MB download.

You can have as many fereakin master accounts as you want, this will be my fourth

2. HK account
3. game share account
4. JP account

The Canadan stores differant from the US one, i think they should just do the servers by continet, North America (maybe include South America) Europe (maybe include Africa) Asia (maybe include Austrlia)
Didn't play much of it, but from what I saw, there really isnt much difference from the other versions. Might have a sit down with it later, though. Got it from Japan, real fast as well. The file is around 200MB, for those who are wondering.

HELL YEAH !!!! D'lding it now, although it's taking away from my GOW II playing time...
downloading now.. took me a while to get through the kanji.. haven't used that in a while....
it's only 241 MB... i wonder how much it's gonna let us play.... but it's a demo... this enough for me.
With the initial loading screen, has anyone have to wait around 30 seconds? I thought, my PS3 froze or something, since the "now loading" is not animated.

Alright, played for a bit, just a fun as the other ones (ofcourse) I like the new hitting/shot mode; would be fun mastering it. It's funny, when you move around and aim at the spectators they duck and run for cover :p
This game (demo) does have loading issues, the initial load time is like 30 seconds, which is a lot. There is slight loading/freezing in the game aswell, like if changes to a status screen (out of bounds) there is a delay.
When the game does come out, it would be a fun game to pick at a budget price. Not worth $60 (unless you're a big fan of the game)

Finally got this it was a small download but it took an hour and a half! This game is the best golf game ever and one of my favorite series can't wait till it comes this summer and too for the english version so I get a better idea of what's going on.

i love it on psp, im downloading it from the psn as we speak, is the game all in japanese tho?? am i gonna be able to play it? and does havving more than one account cause any of them to interfere with each other at all?

Time for people to start learning some nihongo. ;)
Anyway, just started the download myself and it should be done in about 3 more minutes, yay for broadband! As for the accounts, doesn't matter how many you have, it's shared across the entire PS3 unless you set the options of the downloaded game to your account only.

i think until the guys really learn how to properly utilize the hardware we will be sacrificing fast loads for hte shnazzy graphs. so far all the the best looking games ive seen so far have some longer load times ..
Well this game is no where near "shnazzy" graphics, infact it's one of the plainest PS3 games. I blame it on being just a demo and have having "shoddy" programing.
If the game comes out as is, then they really skipped out and need some quick 101's from Sony.
It gives an option for 2 player. I only have one controller so far though so I didn't check that out
You can do 2 players with just 1 controller.

The demo is pretty fun, but then theres a lil part of it that just lags a bit, when after u swing at the golf ball, and u wanna skip its "traveling" phase.
but other than that, it looks pretty nice. lots of details

anyway, im having loads of fun with this demo, i think its a nice party game.

the demo of this is no longer available...i have 4 different accounts and it aint on any of them..was looking a couple of months ago....the game is out in march tho! wasnt aware you could share downloads?
Yeah you can share downloads with up to 5 people.

I'd like to play the japanese version of this game, and since the demo's been taken down the Jap and HK stores, could i share the game with someone who's already downloaded?
