First, why is this in the PS2 discussion??...
Second, we know nothing about these two games just some trailer we saw for Killzone at E3...
This thread seems pointless
So Im going to wait for more info before I start saying which game will dominate

How do you know its Killzone 3 and not 2? For me its Killzone, not a huge fan of Halo.

For me it's KillZone also. I just hate the frickin' slow game speed. Especially in those huge outside maps. I like KillZone cause it's more fun to me. And I just like it's realisticness.

Halo 3. I liked Halo and Halo 2, and I really want to see what Halo 3 (if that's what Bungie's next project is) has to offer.
Also, this poll will end up misleading. We don't have any information on Halo 3 (it hasn't even been announced yet), and we hardly have information on Killzone 2/3 (I think). And plus, the majority of the people here will probably vote for Killzone anyways.
(Edit - My 200th post! :))
Iam more looking forward to killzone for the ps3.
i liked halo 1 but halo 2's single player mode was crap.
and it seems like halo 3 will follow.
so i want killzone 3

ya halo 2 single player was crap but where the game shines is the mutiplayer, it has an amzing mutiplayer but imagine it if it didnt have multiplayer, that would be crazy.

Yeah I totally agree. I beat Halo2 in like 6 hours. The only thing keeping Halo 2 alive is multiplayer and OMG its good. I love Halo 2 online. But I have to give the nod to killzone 3 because if it lives up to the "pre-rendered, but gives feel of what the real game will be like" then Killzone 3 all the way. Plus! in recent news. Bungie is feeling the heat on coming up with a storyline and things for Halo 3, not to mention pressure from fan base.

If the new Killzone is anything like that E3 trailer, then I would put in a pre-order right now if I could.
This poll is so biased . Honestly, I do think Killzone will be better just because what more can they do with halo? They've done it all already.

yea go to a xbox site and it will be the opposite. lol
but i think killzone just because sony games seem to improve every time like socom so the first one was great so the next ones need to be even better. halo is going have people expecting too much and not give them what they want and its already done what it can do, basicaly they went too far with two games, so they really need to double to make it a even better game.

Killzone 3 due to well its lack of poputlarity compared with Halo, and the first one is a bunch of fun even though Halo may be considered "better" but if Killzone 3 gets some decent online plan going you will see popularity rise.

You beat Halo 2 in six hours? Maybe you need to give the Legendary mode a try. It's great fun with a mate. :D

Yeah halo2 is fun with buddies. I dont have an xbox but i was at one of my buddies house for a 2 day LAN and beat the Halo1 campaign on splitscreen in one night and Halo2´s the next night. :D (Both on hard)
Hmm... I think I´m kind of weird in the PS2 camp since i didn´t like Killzone that much. The campaign was good but i just hate the online.
So i liked Halo2´s campaign too, and it just felt like it had a wider range of stuff in it, And i havent event tried online on it which is supposed to be the best part of it...
Umm... I think theyr pretty tied actually. Halo would propably win if i had a Xbox.

the problem is Killzone has to be a good campaign also, remember Halo 2 the best "multiplayer game ever" that cracks me up everytime, and how many people use the multi-player part as opposed to the single player campaign?

Thats a toughy, I've played all the Halo games, and Killzone. If Killzone 3 is anything like the first one i'd have to go with Halo. Just because I was really unimpressed with the multiplayer modes and it was a bit repetitive. But Killzone 3 just looks so frikkin good! with the footage i've seen so far. Halo games have been consistant throughout in all areas of gameplay and graphics and this is hard to come up against for all FPS. However I really think Killzone could really be something special, so I'm placing my bets on Killzone.

If guerrilla can really do what they showed in the E3 trailer, then i´m sold to Killzone 3. So, guerrilla, please, don´t dissapoint me.
