You don't have to love him, that's not the point. What I, and pretty much all the others who talked about Lesnar are trying to say, is that you can't just say he sucks as a wrestler. For example, I hate William Regal, I really can't stand him at all and would skip his matches whenever he wrestled. However it'd be foolish of me to claim he's a bad wrestler, because that's just not true. He's a great technical wrestler but that's not a style I enjoy.

As that video shows he was very agile for a man of his size, he looked believable with everything he did. His only weakness was his mic skills, other than that I stand by what I said a couple pages back in that he's one hell of a wrestler.

Word is that WWE has instituted an "unspoken" for matches that take place on the new WWE Saturday Morning Slam show. The new show, which is aimed at children, will not feature moves aimed at the neck, which would include anything from a simple headlock to the RKO.

The feeling is that with the show being aimed at children, moves performed to the neck might come off as too violent. With that being the case, WWE is avoiding any type of offense that gives the appearance of "snapping" or targeting the neck area.

The show debuts on the CW Network on August 25th.

In two weeks, Saban Brands will launch Vortexx, a five-hour block of original children's programming aimed at young boys. The slate of shows will air on the CW television network, with WWE Saturday Morning Slam anchoring the block.

The half-hour program will feature one wrestling match a week, as well as Superstar profiles and behind-the-scenes footage.

Saban Brands approached WWE about doingshow after executives noticed toys featuring WWE Superstars were among the best-selling items. According to Los Angeles Times, WWE's research shows that children, including a "healthy contingent" of boys younger than 12, consist of 22% of their viewing audience. Saban and WWE are hoping to capitalize on the data with Saturday Morning Slam.

Eric Pankowski, senior vice president for WWE creative and development, said the organization is aware of potential media concerns of violence airing on a program geared toward children.

"We are very sensitive to the fact that we are speaking to an audience of children," said Pankowski. "We want to make sure that the content that we put on at 10 o'clock on Saturday morning is appropriate for younger audiences. And we will be baking into our content such as our pro-social 'Be a Star' anti-bullying campaign."

Cena will not win nor will bigshow. Punk will keep the title and face rock at RR and lose it then to cena, who will face rock at WM29 for cena vs rock two. Which will suck.

Saw the WWE13 Roster, its ok but seems little odd having 2-3versions of superstars!! i guess THQ couldnt put them as attire's changes!!

The other issue is mark hendry being in attuide era as NOD (nation of domination) group on his own, the group had Faarooq but is in as APA :/ Godfather is that pimp gimmick they missing D-lo Brown :/ an there's attuide era rock. i hope the stable group goes up to about 5 an no less because DX also had 5 guys in a stable which they already have in WWE13 but then again chyna is missing also for diva attuide era an DX. i just wonder if the stable count is 5 or 6 no less or ill be pissed!!!

THQ could use them if WWE allowed them too. WWE owns their wrestling names and likenesses, so if WWE approved someone like D'Lo even if he's in TNA he could make the game. There's also wrestlers in TNA like Hogan who can do outside endeavors. Hogan can make deals for commercials, movies games etc.. on his own without needing WWE's permission.

Btw it's stupid Cena has his Dr. Thuganomics character in WWE'13. He didn't use that character in the AE as he wasn't even on the main roster during the AE. Same with JBL, cool if he's a Legend character but otherwise he shouldn't be in imo.

im not sure if this is true, but it seems like Lesnar wont be wrestling again until survivor series, an there's teasing HHH might have a re-match against Lesnar at that PPV im not sure where he goes from there or who his next opponent is an i dont know if he's doing any RAW appearances in the coming weeks/months either! but Lesnar still has plenty of dates left on his contract.

Linda Sánchez, the U.S. Representative for California's 39th congressional district, is being criticized for promoting WWE's multi-platform, nationwide anti-bullying campaign, "be a STAR," at a rally last Friday at Whittier, California's Parnell Park in the Los Angeles area. She had a Twitter exchange with Irv Muchnick, author of CHRIS & NANCY: The True Story of the Benoit Murder-Suicide and Pro Wrestling’s Cocktail of Death and Wrestling Babylon, regarding her appearance, who noted his displeasure with his favorite congressperson on football brain injuries being "coopted by WWE/Linda McMahon propaganda."

Sánchez responded to his remark, tweeting, "As a mother & lawmaker, bullying prevention is very important 2 me. I speak w/ kids re: the dangers of bullying any chance I get." Muchnick then wrote, "Respectfully, I don’t think you know background of why WWE, biggest bully on the block, is involved in this campaign…."

Sánchez’s communications director, Adam Hudson, responded to Muchnik's concerns Monday via e-mail: "We saw your Tweets regarding Linda speaking at anti-bullying events with the WWE and other celebrities. I’m happy to follow up on why Linda was there if you would like. Regards.”

Muchnick then gave a lengthy response stating his belief that prominent politicians such as herself and Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, who also spoke at the anti-bullying rally, should not get in bed with WWE by covering, "or, worse, extolling the company’s self-aggrandizing propaganda." He details the hypocrisy of WWE promoting an anti-bullying campaign when the sport-entertainment organization, or rather, the McMahon family, has ingrained a toxic culture of bullying in their workplace. He notes, "WWE became part of the Be A Star campaign in the first place only because the company was dealing with the public relations fallout of controversial actions, gestures, and public utterances of its performers, which put them at odds with organizations such as the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation."

Muchnick then lists examples of WWE compromising it's anti-bullying campaign, including company chief Vince McMahon mocking announcer Jim Ross’ affliction with Bell’s palsy in a backstage segment on the June 11 episode of Raw.

He details, "Recently, to great televised and dressing-room glee, the Monday Night Raw program on the USA cable network broadcast a parody of on-and-off announcer and company executive Jim Ross. Mocking Mr. Ross’s bouts with the disease Bell’s Palsy, which has partially paralyzed his face, the talent performing the parody twisted his own mouth theatrically and grotesquely, while a commentator chimed in with unrestrained mirth. Here, the on-air bullying anecdote harshly illuminated the same methods in WWE’s backstage relations with its own employees."

Muchnick adds, "I think our conversation on this matter can advance public understanding of the bullying issue, as well as provide fodder for the Senate race in Connecticut between Ms. McMahon and her Democratic opponent, Chris Murphy."

Officially Announces Tyler Reks' Contract Release

Not that simple mate. Cm punk v cena at NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS, Were punk might retain the title and face rock at RR. Were rock will win the title and hold it until WM29 or cena will win at NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS and face rock at RR, lose the title and rock vs punk at WM29 is possible. But the rock will not have the title for the length it takes to get to WM29, as he has movie committees and it makes no sense for a wrestler to pop in and out to defend the wwe title. Bringing The Dudleys back would be cool too I guess, they could be build up as the returning legends and then put over a young team like The Uso's or PTP.

In short; bringing Devon back on his own would be stupid, bringing in just Ray would be great if he isn't toned down, and finally a Dudleys reunion could work too if they're used right.

I'm not greatly a fan of finishers that take a long time to perform, although I'm sure there are some that I may like so I'm probably a hypocrite a bit. But moves like the Stone Cold Stunner, RKO, Pedigree, Sweet Chin Music... those moves can just come out of no where, and they look quite deadly, so for me, they work.
Wasteland is a bit like the AA (pish) in the fact that Barrett often positioned himself in the centre of the ring and looked into the camera, as does Cena 98% of the time.

You're right, Rock sold the GTS well. In theory, is it a deadly move in the sense that the victim receives a direct blow to the head, but for me it just doesn't "look" deadly and entertaining, however "lame ass fan" that sounds.

I actually thought they had ended the match with a German Suplex and thought that was poor. It was still a poor final ending to the match, but it gets more heat on Punk and it just reminded me of Bobby Roode in TNA when he was Heavyweight Champion.
I'm glad they've stuck Paul Heyman with Punk now. I'm sure they'll be a good pairing.

I also like the whole Kane and Daniel Bryan thing. Today it's like they only have meaning to the WWE title, and that's pretty shite most of the time too. But with this storyline (with the Tag titles), it has a bit more depth to it and something to focus on while they just pick a new set of challengers.
I'm also rooting for the Primetime Playas to get their shot since they were just thrown out of the title shot when they paired Kane and Bryan together. I thought their attack on tonight's Raw was pretty damn good, especially from Titus.

Just read WWE and AJPW have a new bussines agreement. AJPW might serve as Japanese development territory for WWE, or they might do cross-promoting and send wrestlers overseas. Honestly I don't care much for a development territory in Japan as WWE never uses Japanese wrestlers anyway, but cross-promotion would be awesome.

I read a rumor saying WWE might bring in The Great Muta. Not sure how many people here know him (maybe some remember him from WCW where he teamed with Vampiro and Insane Clown Posse). Muta is a legend and it'd be amazing to see him have 1 match in WWE, him being inducted in the HOF would be awesome too as he's the guy who invented/made popular the green mist and Tarantula.

I really want Ziggler to be World Champ, but mainly because he seems to have worked his ass off. In terms of being a great champion for TV, I'll agree that he's not good enough. It was funny that on Smackdown he took the mic away from Vickie Guerrero and said that he could speak for himself.
But in that same segment, I really loved Miz's enthusiasm! It felt like a promo of the old days where I could get behind what he was saying, and he seemed so passionate about it, as well as angry. Cena does it all the time when he's made out to be the underdog, but because of that it is so shit, and I just always feel like he's acting - it's garbage.

Going back to Ryback at the end of Raw last week - apparently there's no real plan for him to face CM Punk. It was apparently a last minute thing that they just threw in; it wasn't even shown on the titantron in the arena.
Word is that if Cena is not ready to go for HIAC, then they're going to try and work something with Ryback and Punk. They've just planted the seeds if they need anything out of it.
