I assume most of us here have seen Independence Day yes?
Well this is one of my favorite movies. Of all time in fact. All of its aspects I found most enjoyable.
One of these, is the Alien race. Their Technology, their design, their "Biomechanical Suits" and their existence I find interesting.
However, there is little to know information about them given in the movie (which is a real shame) their past, their race history...
There are a few tidbits in the ID4 Floppy disc games one could get if you bought the Alien action figures.
So, is there any literature or information about their past? About them period given by Emmerich (Director) or other sources? (Fox).
I would love to know more about them.
I know this is a strange thread, but hey, I found it worth posting. Any information would be appreciated, and +Rep will be rewarded accordingly.
Note: I know of the two novels written, "Desert War" a sequel to the movie,(has some good information on the Aliens, and their ground weapons) and a prequel (forgot the name) which was written as well. Sadly, the prequel is only about the Human characters, and thusly is of no interest to me.
