Need for Speed Underground is the best racing game that you can buy. If you like Gran Turismo you should definitly buy NFSU.

You can customise almost anything you want. You can paint your car, you can put designs on your car, you can install nos, mufflers, rims, and a whole grip of other stuff.

Haha, touche.

I love the game Need For Speed: Underground, mainly because it offers me so much flexibility behind the wheel, and in the repair garage. I can do several things to a large amount of cars, once all the secrets are unlocked.

So, yes, it is a really good game. I recommend.

Do you mean Nissan Skyline?

Yeah, tis' true.

In my opinion, it should stomp the racing competition this year, even with Gran Turismo coming out. I really do think it's EA's turn to lead the racing rankings, because Turismo has had it long enough.

And yes, he meant Nissan Skyline, or Mistubishi Evolution?

Who knows, really?

Did you not see my thread about Juiced, that could hurt GT also.

Invisible Kid

Unfortunately, I think I did miss that thread.

But I read about Juiced in my PlayStation 2 magazine, just yesterday. And is certainly is shaping up to possibly be the revolution in racing car games. It's just at the moment, judging my the screenshots in my magazine, the graphics look a bit bland, but then again, there is a long time until release for it.

But really, it'd have to be one of the best games ever to topple Need For Speed: Underground, and if it manages to do so, I'll tip my hat to it, for sure.

I'm not a particular fan of racing games but what exactly would you most recomend out of this game out of every other one. Say like 5 top things about it compared to others?

Invisible Kid

Hmm, I guess I could try to do that.

01. It's the greatest street racing game, presently.
02. EA have outdone themselves with the graphics, they're gorgeous.
03. The ability to alter the car, to a street extent, can be really awarding, and challenging.
04. It's from the Need for Speed franchise, one of the more successful racing brands.
05. It's got nice slick controls, which is always good for a racing car game, and drag races!

That is all I got, meh.

I'll say yes, too.

I have a feeling that is the answer you want to hear.

if you mean simpsons road rage, then i'll say yes and no. Yes, because the gameplay and comical graphics are cool, and no because it is the same thing throguht the game. I'm stuck in 700000$ because i'm too bored to play.

I think he meant road rage, as a form of driving, for example smashing up against other cars, and beeping horrifically, and things very violent on the roads, whilst endangering people's lives.

I, of course, knew he meant that, and that is why I said I like it, because I find it to be very entertaining to completely ride-off another citizen's car with your own, it's very relieving. It gives you a good warm feeling, you know?

I love the game to. Can't say I know too much about it though! On my boyfriends file he wasn't too happy when I made him change his car so that when he won a magazine cover he had a big light blue car with a purple-pink rose on it!
Anyways, the game is extremely fun! It's so much better than any other racing game I've played. It's really awesome how you can change literally everything about your ride!

Sony's "championship products" require company lay offs
By: Justin Pinter

Recently reported on CNN (http://www.cnn.com/2006/TECH/ptech/01/06/ces.sony.ap/index.html), Howard Stringer, CEO and Sony Corp. chairmen announced "Problems with an aggressive copy protection program attached to several CDs from Sony BMG Music Entertainment reflect the difficulties balancing the needs of artists and consumers."

Stringer went on to add that Sony is downzing their expansive product line to focus on a few key "champion products". One of these "champion products" is likely be the Playstation 3.

"Apple's market capitalization is $50 billion based on a handful (of products)," Stringer said. "We have thousands and our market cap is less than that. Is there a message in there? Can't we just keep it simpler?"

He said that Sony is slowly but progressively moving towards the goal of cutting costs and number of manufactured goods, and to reduce it to only a few elite products.

Company executives are to meeting in Hawaii to discuss the alterations. The company is planning to cut 10,000 jobs.

Sounds negative but its actually good news for Sony. They should be able to make the right moves now and be able to gain more on the gaming and entertainment market.
