no because you cannot sign up and automaticly be choosen, you can try to sign up and they 'might' choose you lol. Also It's part of NBA.com , why would I advertise a very popular website lol. Anyways I think it's to take part in surveys...sort of "The NBA wants to hear from you" type of thing. So far they haven't given me a survey though.
