EDIT: Rumour has been confirmed to be false. Source: http://forum.pcvsconsole.com/viewthread.php?tid=13324

This is essentially the CPU going into the XBox 2/Xenon. I don't know whether to believe it or not, since it's well known that:
1. Xenon will not use an existing architecture, and R520 is based on the R3XX architecture (As far as I know, anyways).
2. R500 should be the one going into the Xenon, but of course, since it's an entirely new architecture, it's not fully correct to say that it'll be a "R500"

On top of that, 300-500 million transistor at 90nm fab will make that thing HUGE. The cell has around ~200M transistors, and at 90nm, it's 221 sq mm. Double the transister count, stay at the same fabrication process, and BAM, you have one huge die, don't even mention the packaging!!!

Can you please type in full sentences? Why are you typing in a poem-like format?

The NVIDIA GPU isn't finished yet, and there is no official release date for the PS3. And all Sony said about the PS3 was they're going to show it "before E3"...and a date, whenever that will be, is also up in the air at this point.

Well, if it is gonna be that giant, then have either found a way to use space more effectively or they have found a way to lay everything out flat so that it will look smaller. They are going to have to go with a sideways setup instead of box just to make those people who hated the size happy, so im willing to bet that they came up with some creative ways to layeverything sideways in a case.

Nope, the Xbox2 will be significantly smaller in all measurements than the Xbox

Length, Width, Height, Weight.

Size is definately going to be an issue if there's going to be 300-500M transistors. The packaging for that thing is gonna be HUGE... I can't even imagine how big it's going to be .
Just take a look at the nVidia NV40/ GeForce 6 with ~ 222 million transistors, that's big enough, twice that size would literally be huge... So I'm willing to bet that this is simply what it is: rumour, and have no factual grounds whatsoever.

A spiced up version of the E3 Final Fantasy trailer was shown at the Sony keynote during Tokyo Game Show. Although most of the trailer was shown at E3, the new version also gave the audience a peek at other environments, including a populated city.

The Tokyo Game Show trailer also showed the reason for the main character's unbelievable speed and accuracy- she is in possession of a device which enables her to almost levitate when standing still. It may also be possible that the battle system will display in slow motion as players choose commands through the battle menus.

At the moment, neither Sony nor Square Enix have made the trailer public, although we expect it to appear on the Japanese Final Fantasy XIII site soon. Keep checking back to PS3Land.com for updates on the hottest upcoming PlayStation 3 games.
