I found this on Neo GAF. Here are the currently seen/ known armor permutations. I will put spoiler tags on it, just in case ya'll don't want to see them.

I'm going for the Hayabusa model, aka the Samurai model, but I'll start off with the E.V.A. The Marathon is the ugliest POS in the world.
I'm a little partial to the 'Scout' armor.

I think the official name is actually called "Hayabusa." What leads me to believe this, is that someone at Neogaf (and others also talked about it) said that in the credits for Halo 3, Bungie gives thanks to "Team Ninja." I'm pretty sure that the armor name "Hayabusa" has also been thrown around too.
If true, the whole armor set could look like our little, magical, ninja friend, Ryu Hayabusa.

That's exactly why they would do it. That and if not for the fact that Team Ninja is pretty much as close to a first party as you can get for Microsoft.
Lol, the 'Regulator' looks like Carmine from Gears of War. :lol:
But the Samurai one looks the best so far. :D
Anyone know if you have to unlock these armor types by ranking up?

"The Regulator" Is currently going by the nickame "Killzone Armor" PXG.
I made a thread about it, but alot of the dingleberries on this forum kept calling it the "Scout Armor" and it wasn't. (look it up, it has all the details there..)
Killzone Armor (looks like a Helghast most say)

Maybe the these two have a special ability to have fire. You know, Bungie always makes references to "flaming ninjas", and Ninja Gaiden has, well, ninjas, and lots of fire too. It doesn't looked manipulated to me.

In the custom games they have insane number of options from shield stength which is basic to runspeed, gravity, and everything in between and yep flaming people. You can have the lead scorer run faster or whatever abilities too.

The Regulator looks so cool now. That bad quality IGN picture did it no justice at all.

As in the Rogue armor doesn't have two names: Rogue and Regulator. Right?
Possibly. The Hayabusa armor and the Security armor are obviously the official names compared to Samurai and Marathon, but I don't know if the "Killzone armor" is Regulator or Rogue. Rogue sounds cooler, though.

this list is incomplete, it doesnt include the hayabusa armor all together, and there was a mkV chest piece (as seen in pics)
