    but while your doing those bodyweight and kettlebell stuff just be sure to remember progressive overload. like if you do 10 sets of 15 push-ups in one day, the next time you do push-ups do like 12 sets of 15 push-ups or 10 sets of 20 push-ups. same thing with the punching bag. like one day you do 300 kicks or one-twos then the next time you do them do 350 etc.

  8. Right now i have the weight bench but no bar lol. I have had the money to get it but i have been trying to pay this place off first. It won't take long considering there's only like a thousand something left. The only thing i have been doing is push ups, sit ups, using the kettle bell, and the punching bag. I have been looking into weight vests to.

  11. atm i'm just doing a generic 3 days split twice a week with some plyometrics and sport. been eating at my BMR or slightly over and just relaxing. plan on going on PHAT once i start bulking again, you should really look into it.

    monday: chest, tri's, shoulders
    tuesday: back, bi's, abs
    wednesday: legs
    rest
    repeat

  14. I've been wanting this forever now, man. Geez it took me forever to even get it.
    Eat a lot of food with protein in it.
    Hamburger meat(protein), egg,14(protein) and eating other stuff like bananan(Energy/cramps), oranges, apple, oatmeal(Dietary fiber would keep me cleaned out), and drinkiing my milk(Good calcium) and water. (Better than caffenine)
