About us: We are a British based global PS3 clan who play mainly casually yet occasionally competively, our clan has existed since May 2008 and is still a fairly lively group, our primary goal is to get current PS3 users together in a place where they can meet up with other mates for some casual gaming together with other members of our clan.
At the moment our clan is a fairly cosy bunch, with about 12 daily active members and a total of 92 weekly members who we play with - which is precisely why we are recruiting more.
More members = More clan gameplay = More fun. Simple logic :wink:

Requirements for recruitment: There are none. You don't have to be British. You don't need a mic (although it helps!). We don't even force you to wear our clan tag in every game. All we ask is that you regularly hang out with us in some online games :smile:

Games We Play: We aim to play a variety of all the latest and even old games, currently we have members playing a mixture of LBP, MW2, Bad Company 2 Beta and Uncharted 2 as primary games with Bad Company 2 and MAG being our key games to play in the future. Although if you see some of us playing any other game, feel free to invite us and we will join any game type regardless

So what about Competitive clan wars?: While we exist as a casual PS3 gaming clan we have done clan wars in the past, both with interclans and cross clans in games such as COD4 and COD:WAW, we usually do clan wars on a monthly basis or so but we are looking to expand on that, of course to do this we need more members!

So how do I join?: Simple! Post within this thread your PSN and a short reason why you wish to join our clan and ill message you back :)

While attempting to load up Half Life 2 for the first time in about 8 months it had to load up my old game saves and just froze. I had no option but to switch off the system and try again. It did load up but the game has some seriously weird things going on like really bad glitches, screen freezing etc. Is this the game or the PS3? I can live with it if I know the game is at fault because until it froze while loading up the old game saves the PS3 hasn't given me any real bother. I have checked the Half Life 2 game saves and they aren't corrupt so I hope it hasn't messed up my HDD. Anyone any ideas? 8-pokemon platinum, its milked i know but pokemon really does have of the most competitive and in depth battle system ive ever played.

7-tekken 6, im a long time teeken fan and the reason this isnt higher is due subpar graphics and laggy online, lars is the best character eva imo

6-Dragon Age:origins, terrible excuse for graphics, however story is very engaging i had a great experience playing it.

5-infamous-this game came out of no-where, it had the whole prototype thing, but man the story the gameplay the style very well done suckerpunch.

4-killzone 2, simply put it was a great game, solid online multiplayer amazing graphics, although dull locations, its jus missing that special something.

3-batman arkham asylum, i beat this game in two sittings, one because its short and two beacuse it was incredible, anyone whose played this game knows why its this high on my list when i mention, the scarecrow...

2-call of duty modern warfare 2, no one, and i mean no one touches this games multiplayer, although the killstreaks and surprising easiness of nuking hurts it a bit, however while the singleplayer was fun to play the fiction they took was well lets just call it weird.

1-Uncharted 2:among thieves

I tested this out on a private match with a mate, i got him to stand at the very back seat in that plane and I would go to the very front seat, shoot through ALL the seats, theres probs about 15. And after a round of bullets I killed him.

So I decided to buy a new HDTV. So I did. On black Friday I bought myself a brand new DYNEX 40" 1080p HDTV. Its amazing. I had to wait 2 days to get my HD Cable box for verizon fios. And I am now viewing tv in 1080 HD. And holy ****. What a difference. my HDTV is the first hdtv in my home. Iv been watching SD for years and let me say it is such a difference. I can see the hair on peoples faces in movies. I can see little details. Wow.

I have not gamed in HD yet however. Im waiting for my 6' HDMI cable to come so I can hook up my xbox 360 and play station 3 and do some hd gaming. :)!! I am really interested in how good quality is on blue-ray in 1080p. So Im going to go rent Transformers 2 blue ray.

TV is so much more crisp now. This is honestly the best purchase I have ever made in my life. Even cartoons are so much more crisp. (Yes i watch cartoons). Spongebob; my favorite show of all time (Im 17) is so much more enjoyable to watch. Uncharted 2 is so much more enjoyable to play. And now I can read the text in battlefield bad company 2! :)

first thing it says is "A 220 KM2 OPEN WORLD" however, after playing it for a couple of days, i came to the realisation that the openness is missing :confused:

so i goes online. spend an hour searching. and came across a gamespot 360 forum to which it was implied they had paid for DLC which gave them a mission in which they could freely move about the island.

so i ask...

does the PS3 have the ability somehow of doing it that im not aware of? (what was advertised on the box)

However, if the game were to get trophies, I would buy it for sure. Since Bionic Commando Rearmed and The Last guy eventually (after quite a long wait) got a trophy patches, I was kind of hoping to find out if this game will get some as well.
