but while your doing those bodyweight and kettlebell stuff just be sure to remember progressive overload. like if you do 10 sets of 15 push-ups in one day, the next time you do push-ups do like 12 sets of 15 push-ups or 10 sets of 20 push-ups. same thing with the punching bag. like one day you do 300 kicks or one-twos then the next time you do them do 350 etc.

even when searching for boxes there is a lot of fakes out there on ebay. I bought a fake Sapphire and learned the hard way. Always look at an ACTUAL picture of what you're gonna get.

atm i'm just doing a generic 3 days split twice a week with some plyometrics and sport. been eating at my BMR or slightly over and just relaxing. plan on going on PHAT once i start bulking again, you should really look into it.

monday: chest, tri's, shoulders
tuesday: back, bi's, abs
wednesday: legs
rest
repeat

That's what i was thinking but i heard york was the best with weights.I have ones ALOT cheaper but i don't if the collards will fit it.

the second link looks good. it's a bit expensive though so if you can't find a cheaper one than that, then i would get it.
