For me, I've never been confused about what I wanted to do. I always wonder how the hell the stuff around us worked and now I get to see how and its mind blowing.

My only advice to anyone going to college/university is that if you are studying something you genuinely care about, than its a really great experience (not easy necessarily)

Computer science and Marine biology are vastly different fields of study so I can't imagine getting both degrees in 4 years. My mechanical engineering degree alone is 4 years + 1 optional year. All universities here in Canada have 4 year computer science programs

that mean like 8 years of studying ahead. damn man that'll take a long time

but while your doing those bodyweight and kettlebell stuff just be sure to remember progressive overload. like if you do 10 sets of 15 push-ups in one day, the next time you do push-ups do like 12 sets of 15 push-ups or 10 sets of 20 push-ups. same thing with the punching bag. like one day you do 300 kicks or one-twos then the next time you do them do 350 etc.

even when searching for boxes there is a lot of fakes out there on ebay. I bought a fake Sapphire and learned the hard way. Always look at an ACTUAL picture of what you're gonna get.

atm i'm just doing a generic 3 days split twice a week with some plyometrics and sport. been eating at my BMR or slightly over and just relaxing. plan on going on PHAT once i start bulking again, you should really look into it.

monday: chest, tri's, shoulders
tuesday: back, bi's, abs
wednesday: legs
rest
repeat
