Right now i have the weight bench but no bar lol. I have had the money to get it but i have been trying to pay this place off first. It won't take long considering there's only like a thousand something left. The only thing i have been doing is push ups, sit ups, using the kettle bell, and the punching bag. I have been looking into weight vests to.

Hamburger meat(protein), egg,14(protein) and eating other stuff like bananan(Energy/cramps), oranges, apple, oatmeal(Dietary fiber would keep me cleaned out), and drinkiing my milk(Good calcium) and water. (Better than caffenine)

You know me too well, man. Also, i was a review and it says the collards was 50 mm which is 2=50.8 and i read the had a largest diameter whic i still don't understand. The review said it was 30-32 mm bar and i was wtf. I get the collards but not that.

Well, i just brought this weight bench. Like i found bars of course on amazon, because it's the greatest shopping site, but i don't wanna get a collar that doesn't fit right. I might just all out and get weights, bars, and collars together like york does with there stuff. Second link shows the bar i might get.

Hey, i just a bought my weight bench. I need bar. So i was looking up collards and there some call lockjaw and they fit 50mm bars which i 2 inches almost. Now i need help finding a olympic weight bar that's 2 inches. I don't wanna buy mix and match, bro.
