Just keep it up in these types of topics. What is the point of all your arguing and banter? Half the comments are arguing and going off topic about other games, and systems, and the other half are flame-bait or some kind of trolling.

They can spend that $60 dollars else where, where they are not getting shafted. He could buy another game or something else (not game related.) It's not a must for everyone to pick up the game, specially when it's not up to par to the other versions.

Trophies? Please, everyone in here was fine without trophies for an year and a half. Many of which talked about how the Xbox360 achievements were not a big deal. More people don't have a PS3 because of the price. Its not an old argument it is very current. Im willing to bet 90% of the people complaining about this game only have a PS3 and have worse first party games sitting on their shelves claiming they cant be made on any other system. Question for you and everyone else is, how many exclusive PS3 RPGs are better than this one? Better yet, how many multiplatform RPGs available on the PS3 are better than this one? And people want to complain about this one because it is slightly inferior to the Xbox360? Haha, sounds like hypocrisy.

4. No Trolling - The inverse side of Flaming, Trolling is defined by trying to make others insult you. Posts such as "PS3 sux" would be considered trolling, as it is a purposeful act meant to result in argument. Users in violation of this will be Banned. Feeding the trolls is considered equally against the rules.
You can post news/comments but it must be supported and presented impartially without bias to a particular console. Any one posting without linking to a supporting article, in a trolling manner will be assumed to be posting with the intention of damaging this forum community and/or causing ill will in the community and will be perma-banned outright.
First and foremost, how can you justify what my post reads as trolling? By definition of rule #4, the OP of the thread where I wrongfully received an infraction should have received an infraction for trolling. Here is why;
1.) The OP and several people, in which i quoted, never played the game but he has the right to criticize it. That alone is trolling and flame bait.
2.) The OP and people I quoted are basing their opinion from what someone else is saying so they don't even know 100% sure if they will experience the same problems.
3.) The OP and the people I quoted are you basing their opinion on Fallout3's worth from a few negatives amongst the many positive things the reviewers said. If the negative things outweighed the positive things in the reviews why did the game still get an awesome review? They are saying this is a bad game while in fact this game is one of the best games available on the PS3 according to multiple sources not just my own experience. I know because I played it and it is flame bait and trolling when you post an opinion on something you have not even touched for yourself.
4.) Everything I said in my post is a response to comments made from the people I quoted.

expensive PS3? People are still using that old argument? Annnyway.....I don't think you understood his point at all. Everyone has a budget that they try to stick with. They probably can spend $60 dollars on the game....but why should they spend it on something that isn't quality?
Answer
More people don't have a PS3 because of the price. Its not an old argument it is very current.
Argument
1.) This guy is complaining that this 60 dollar game is not quality although reviewers say otherwise.
2.) The PS3 is "expensive" that is a fact. That fact does not mean it is not worth its price. It only means that many people cannot afford it or are unwilling to pay that price for what it offers today. This argument continues to be a hurdle for Sony today, an old argument it may be it is still an issue today.
3.) This point ties my first 2 points. He argues that 60 bucks is too much to pay for a game reviewers say has bugs. The same reviewers say its is an awesome game. Finally, why is 60 an issue for someone with a "expensive" PS3. If he is a student with limited funds, maybe he should be studying instead of playing PS3 and spending his spare cash on something that will help him with his education instead of 60 dollar games people are saying are great.
Comment 2
Bethesda, at the moment, hasn't really given the people complaining about the bugs and lack of trophies any reason to get their game....so why should they just "buy it?"
Answer 2
Trophies? Please, everyone in here was fine without trophies for an year and a half. Many of which talked about how the Xbox360 achievements were not a big deal.
Argument 2
Did lack of trophies keep this guy and many others from purchasing games before Sony added it as an update a year& a half later? Many people agree that trophies, though a good feature, do not make or break a game.
In closing, Fallout3 is one of the best RPGs available on the PS3. I have played it, and though it has some minor issues, it is consistent with the positive things reviewers are saying about it overall so far IMHO. If a reviewer says a game has glitches does that give the OP and the folks I quoted the right to bash this game just because the same flaws don't exist on other platforms? What gives them the right to assume the developer spent less effort on the PS3 version with no facts to back it. It could be they used the same parameters to test all three versions and there were system specific anomalies that existed that were not tested for. It is wrong for someone to try and bring a game down just because it is slightly inferior on their system of choice especially when they are ultimately going off hearsay. In that case, if they were going to take the reviewers ratings as gospel they should also take into account that the credible reviewers are mostly saying the game is awesome. Also, I can bet most of the people downing this game have bought worse games on the PS3. They are just angry that the PS3 didn't come out on top in performance in Fallout3 so in response they trash it. All my post are backed with valid arguments.
According to trolling rules, I would have to take a console(for example) that a majority of people and experts say overall is a great console and say that it sucks, base my frivolous claim on hearsay, and then just wait for people to flame me.
