Hi mcav and thanks for your inquiry. You are correct in that the post wasn't baiting. It was, however, flaming the thread, and that is what the infraction was issued for as indicated in the administrative comment within the infraction thread. The options on the Mod control panel automatically group flaming and baiting under the same infraction status.

I hope this has cleared up the confusion for you.
