Ok, so SONY has figured out a way to put Custom Soundtracks standard in their most recent titles such as Killzone 2, MLB09 The Show, etc. Does anyone know exactly how they worked around Microsoft's patent for in-game custom soundtracks? I think its a great thing that we are starting to have this feature in more games now especially in Killzone 2 (Which is one game I can't stop playing) but i'm just curious as to how SONY is able to do it now without interfering with the patent. And is this feature...
