I can not get the star sticker. What am I missing, I got 100% on the first level and went through the second level a lot. Its really pissing me off cause obv you need it a lot.

It's on on the level "Skate to victory", in the gardens series.
I guess it would help going past the 3rd level lol. Was trying to 100% each level going through.
Well I'm not sure where I got the star sticker but I am pretty sure you get it in The Gardens?
